Step #1 Attend a free CrossFit Intro Class on Saturdays at 10:00 am. If this class time does not work with your schedule then email us to schedule a private intro class. This class is required for anyone interested in trying the free week. This class will give you a better understanding of how our classes operate, expectations and a little more in depth coaching on some of our base movements. The class lasts one hour and there will be a workout as well. After completion of this class you will be given a FREE WEEK pass that can be used for the following week.

*Participants under the age of 18 will need a parents signature on the liability waiver. Below is a copy of the waiver for your convenience to print and have completed before you attend a class. Copies are available at the gym to be signed as well.

ATHLETE SUMMER CAMP
Our CrossFit based conditioning camps will give athletes the extra edge to ensure that they realize their entire athletic potential and are ahead of the game at their respective sports. CrossFit’s intense, constantly varied, functional fitness programming is ideal for preparing all scholastic athletes for the regimens of high school and college. A CrossFit trained athlete will leave opponents in the dust when training and when it comes to overall fitness and athletic stamina. Want proof? Come in and match yourself against one of our CrossFit athletes in a workout.
By increasing an athlete’s work capacity, we increase his/her ability to practice more. More practice time and the ability to handle more rigorous training in-between games means more drills, more skill work, more team integration, fewer injuries, and more wins.
Our 6 week program starts June 17th - with 4 classes per week

Class size is limited, participants will be accepted on first come first serve basis. Registration is due by June 10th.
