CROSSFIT GROUP CLASSES
CrossFit Group Classes incorporate all elements of CrossFit in a fun and motivating group environment. We offer 37 different class times to choose from including 5:30am, 8am, 9am, noon, 4:30pm, 6:30pm and 7:30 on most weekdays (check our schedule to confirm class times) . The membership also includes access to our new open gym access during any CrossFit Group Class time. Members also are invited to participate in our exclusive member only specialty workshops and exciting events throughout the year (extra costs may apply).
Pre-requisites: Ages 15 and up. Completion of our Free Intro Class is required before participating in the group classes. The Intro Class teaches the fundamental movements and prepares individuals for the group classes. Contact us for more information and to schedule your Intro Class today!
Take private training sessions with one of our CrossFit certified coaches.
Starting with group classes isn’t for everyone! If you would prefer to start your CrossFit journey in a one-on-one setting then personal training would be a great option for you. Our personal trainers can customize programming to match your fitness ability and goals.

Safety Meetings – CrossFit movements are based on functional, natural movements found everyday at home, work and the gym. It doesn’t matter if you are lifting a heavy barbell in the gym, moving furniture at home or lifting a heavy item at work, the general movement mechanics should be the same. Let us come to your safety meeting and teach your employees how to safely move and help prevent unnecessary work related injuries.
Nutrition Workshops – A healthy lifestyle is the only path to long term, sustainable health. It is absolutely essential that everyone gain an understanding of the basics of nutrition and how their body responds to what is put in it. Our Nutrition Workshop will teach employees how to make optimal choices and give them the ability to overcome dietary obstacles and reach their fitness goals.
